Planning and delivery in the same conversation.
Most marketing problems cross disciplines. A new website needs content, a paid campaign is only as good as the page it sends people to, and one well-planned shoot can supply months of social posts. So we plan the pieces together rather than handing them between separate suppliers.
Each project brings in the specialists it needs, working from one brief. Sole Digital Media is established in Tunisia and Canada, and work is written in Arabic, French and English by people who speak them.
How a project runs
Four stages, in this order, on every project.
Strategy
We agree what success looks like and what it is worth before anyone opens a design tool, so creative decisions follow commercial goals.
Prototype
Sketches become interactive prototypes, so stakeholders can click through, disagree and refine the experience while changes are still cheap.
Build and production
Development, content production and campaign build run in parallel against the agreed plan, reviewed on a staging environment you can access throughout.
Measure and iterate
Launch is the midpoint. Reporting, testing and iteration continue against the measures set at the first stage, including the ones that make us look bad.
Sectors with client work behind them
Category knowledge shortens the discovery phase and stops you paying us to learn things your team already knows.
Construction and engineering
Contractors, engineering firms and industrial suppliers with complex offers and long procurement cycles.
Logistics and transport
Freight, transport and supply chain operators selling reliability to buyers who are almost entirely rational.
Finance and professional services
Accounting, legal, consulting and financial services, where trust is the product and the marketing has to look like it.
Technology and SaaS
Software and technology companies with long buying cycles and technical audiences.
Insights
All articlesMost brand guidelines are ignored. The ones that are not share four things
A hundred-page brand book is a deliverable. Whether anyone opens it again is a separate question, and the answer is usually no.
Your ads are not underperforming. Your creative ran out
Performance drops, so the team rebuilds the audiences and changes the bidding. The variable nobody touched was the only one that mattered.
Selling online across MENA: the region is two markets, not one
The payment behaviour in Casablanca and the payment behaviour in Riyadh have almost nothing in common, and the checkout is where that costs money.
A separate division, for creators
TikTok LIVE Creator Network for the MENA region
Alongside the agency, we run an authorised TikTok LIVE Creator Network that supports livestream creators across the Middle East and North Africa with onboarding, coaching and campaign access, inside TikTok's Community Guidelines and LIVE policies.
Questions we are asked first
If yours is not here, send it to us and a strategist will answer.
Sole Digital Media is a full-service digital media agency. We combine strategy, creative and technology across web development and design, SEO, social media management and marketing, influencer and creator marketing, photography and videography, branding, content production and paid media.
The agency is established in Tunisia and Canada, with an office in Sousse, Tunisia and a presence in Mississauga, Ontario. We serve clients globally, and our TikTok LIVE Creator Network focuses on the MENA region.
We work across real estate, hospitality and tourism, restaurants and food, e-commerce and retail, healthcare, technology, finance and professional services, education, automotive, logistics, fashion and beauty, and construction and engineering.
Yes. We work remotely with clients internationally, and travel for production where a project requires it. Delivery is handled in Arabic, French and English.
It depends on what the site has to do. A custom build with a headless CMS gives the most control over speed and search performance; Shopify suits stores that need reliable checkout without custom engineering; WordPress suits content-heavy sites or an existing estate. We recommend one and explain why.
Send a brief through the contact form or email the office closest to you. We will come back within one business day, usually with questions before a proposal — scoping properly is cheaper for both of us than guessing.
Tell us what you are trying to grow.
Send a brief, or just a problem. The first reply is usually questions, because scoping properly costs less than guessing.
